Worst paint damage
Ok lets see who has taken a pic of the worst swirls/hologrammed paint you can find. Some details into the car's age and history will also be appreciated.

Ill go first

This is Don's btw, amazing what photoshop can do. Rofl

Seriously, this is a 2007 e90 325i. Was at the BMW dealership for a service and 'polish'.
Its a nice combination of super swirl with a hint of hologram, with 2 paint burns for good effect.

Anyone seen worse?

RE: Worst paint damage
Damn! Plthumbsdown

I wish I had taken a video of the two peanuts washing this blokes Audi Off-road this morning - when I went for a quick walk around the building to stretch the legs, I found this gent (I think he's the manager of Talisman tool hire) using a pressure washer they use everyday to clean the machines coming back, on his car. Man oh man did he hold the nozzle right up against the paintwork, because some tar wouldn't come off... New_shocked

Then after the "rinse" his two guys dipped their rags (only a slight hint of oil) into some rather mirky water (had just been used to wash the rims) and proceeded to SCRUB away at the paint work.

Once they were done and rinsed it off, it looked a lot like that swirl city of a BM. Sad I almost said something to the guy, but decided not to, as he most certainly would've decked me, or atleast tried Bluebiggrin seeing he was so happy with his clean car now.

Tisk tisk... New_shocked I'll try see if I can't take some photo's.
