I too detest the VPS films. If done properly they can be ok but in general the local offerings have always failed to impress me. I can understand why the owner wants the film though, especially with the conditions of our roads of late

@ PaulVW, I import and distribute the Paint Detective PTG's which include the PD8 and newer PD7 gauges. The one I use is the PD7 which offers calibration functions as well as a 10 reading memory.

@ Onyx. Not as much as I used to TBH, especially since I started using a PTG. In the beginning we were quite nervous but having spent more and more time working on these types of cars you become more used to it
