So what you guys been up to this weekend?

So anyone been up to anything constructive this weekend? I started my PPL so not much time for and detailing myself. All I can say is that my frikken training plane could do with a good clean.

Did a lot this weekend, but my still did not get a wash and it REALLY need a wash. Got my 303 earlier so now I have even more reason to wash the car. My mountain biking is busy to take over my life and my car is getting neglected.

And Magwash and I detailed a focus ST on Sun... It was bloody hot with those lights on!

I grafted on cars all of Sat (mechanically etc). I STILL haven't touched my own car, after I received all my nice goodies to start of my proper kit. Sunday I chilled. It'll probably still be a few weeks until I get the time to get cracking on Sooty.

I went to Newlands on Saturday and saw the Stormers get thumped by the Sharks. Quite depressing.

Sunday it blew like hell my side so I couldn't do much.

We detailed a black SLK 55 AMG on Sat along with a maintenance wash on the clients Range Rover Sport.....Was a long day, left home around 8 and only got back around 11ish

To top it all I forgot my camera at home so no pics until this weekend when we go back to the Michael Angelo again to do another one of the clients cars

Underground parking + V8 = OMFG what a noise

Initially we were worried about the Benz's ceramic CC being as hard as the Audi's of late but SIP on the green 3M compounding pad followed by FA on the yellow pad kicked it's ass

Niiiice. Can only imagine the sound. When I was still in Durban, we were at a bi-monthly G2G that I started, at Gateway. Had a chap in a C55AMG give it horns and show off through-out the parking structure - wow!

well I was going to change discs and pads today...... couldnt understand why the caliper wouldnt reach the holes for the bolts, then I realized that the new discs where infact for a 328i and not a 320i and are about 10mm larger in diameter.

So this is how my car is sitting now.
