ok, is your pad clean? Especially when using M83 you need to make sure you clean the pad with a microfibre cloth after every panel. A dirty pad will cause it to bog.

Also the angle at which you are using the machine is important. There should be no pressure outside the center of the pad. i.e. no extra pressure on one single edge. Pressure should be applied uniformly...
