I can't really say from the pictures but my dad could maybe have repair the window winder.

nah dude, the entire electric motor was missing, and the nylon wheels where ripped apart. It looks almost like the cable hopped off the runner and instead of just opening up the door, the owner just tried to move the window up and down until it completely stuffed up everything.
