This seems to be a common problem that Wheel Brightner has on spray heads. I am on my second spray head.

This is the response I got from Woodie:

As far as the sprayer on the Wheel Brightner is concerned, I don't think it's clogging that's the problem. I tend to experience something akin to vapour lock on the sprayer head on my WB from time to time. When this happens, I remove the sprayer from the bottle, detach the suction tube, rinse everything with water, reassemble and then pump the sprayer a few times. Most times this solves the problem, but on the odd occasion I have to repeat the process to get it working properly.

The best advice I've received (but not always applied) regarding the sprayers is to rinse them after every detailing session. In this way you avoid the sprayer being stored with chemicals in the sprayer mechanism, which could lead to corrosion and component failure over time.
