is ther anychance i could remove swirls like that without a Flex?by hand?i do have a polish machine that worx with the compressor

My recommendation would be to get hold of a scrap panel, preferably a bonnet (nice and big) and learn on that.

with regard to your machine polisher, be very careful and try and research whether other people are using the same thing for detailing as well.

I highly doubt you will have much effect on swirls like that by hand applied polish alone
