Nice pics Onyx Thumb

Now, how about you tell us how you got along with each of the products (application, removal, etc) and what your thoughts are between the 2?

PS. Good to see you got to use them with the weather on Saturday Bluebiggrin

Thanks David... and thanks for agreeing to meet me early in the morning!
Yip the weather wasnt the greatest but didnt let that stop me from documenting the escapade with Colli

• 915 Application - Tin has a small opening which makes getting the applicator in there a bit of a PITA. Not deterred, used a damp applicator pad and applied a thin coat to the paintwork. Left to cure for around 15minutes (the hazing becoming pretty evident) and buffed to a shine. Removal was a little tricky in areas that i applied a 'thicker' layer. Didnt resort to the quick detailer though, rather ran the applicator over the area and buffed off pretty easy!

• 845 Application - Being a liquid wax, very different in the sense that it felt almost oily. Applied a small drop onto the clean applicator and went on very easy in overlapping circles. Removal was alot easier than the 915 paste wax!

• Overall: Really couldnt see any difference in terms of gloss (silver car i guess)
However once i sprayed a fine mist over the panel, i found that the 915 had tighter beading and as a result the water would sheet straight off. (see last pic)

Hope you guys found this of value Wavey

Nice review onyx Bluebiggrin

Word of advise ....leaving colli ( 915 ) for anything over 5min will result in a hard to remove wax
Good job it wasnt the 476 . You would have needed a jack hammer to remove it Bluebiggrin
