You have Optiseal? I wanna get some for my wheels.
Hey Calypso
I got some from a friend overseas. Got it half a year ago and still have half a bottle left (3 or 4 sprays and the car is done)... Its brilliant stuff and highly recommended but difficult to control as it sort of sprays everywhere... And when you spray it on a cloth it doesnt seem to work as well.
For your rims rather use Rimwax. Easier to apply and wont go onto the calipers and tyres from what I have been told. I need to get some from Don...

I currently have SwissVax Autoban, but not too impressed with the durability. That or my wheels get too hot.
Im keen on the Opti Seal for the ease of use. Waxing wheel not fun.
The Opti Seal is very durable but I can assure you that getting it onto wheels and rubbing it in is no different to waxing a wheel.
I tried it on the GTI (With the diamond cut rims) and it looked stunning but being a very very fine mist (most of it gets blown away) and goes onto the calipers etc. If you have patience and want to waste a lot of the product you can spray it onto a cloth.
I think its more designed for indoor use with no air movement.
Why dont you try Colli on your rims? That works well (Just dont forget it on like I did. Lets just say that it took a solvent to get rid of it). If you have a darker coloured car its a bonus as Colli is great for dark cars.
Im not trying to put you off Opti Seal. I just dont think its well suited for what you want to use it for.

Beading looks great Freerider. Do you use Blitz as a quick detailer or protection?
