Recipes - Baking - Scones



Ingredients:

2 cups flour
¼ cup oil
1 egg (well beaten)
4 Teaspoons baking powder
1 Pinch Salt
1 Tablespoon sugar


Method:

Beat egg, add oil in a cup and fill with milk.
Shake in a quick shake. Add dry ingredients.
Bake at 180 degrees C ( 350 F )
