Recipes - Sauces - Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
2 ml Mustard powder
30 ml Wine vinegar
200 ml oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Place egg yolks, mustard and seasoning in a blender.
Mix well. Add 40 ml oil, 5 ml at a time and then 5 ml vinegar.
Add remaining oil and vinegar slowly, mixing all the time.
