Wheel respray
Posted this in the other forum but i thought you guys could also feel my pain.

The M3 is in for a big service and general spruce up. So I decided to have the wheel resprayed as they were not looking as good as they could be after seeing too many harsh wheel cleaners. Took it to a shop in PE, Rim Rite, as that’s the place all the dealers take their wheels.
So I went to collect the wheels today, after dropping them off on Thursday, I was in a rush, had a quick look and asked the guy to load then in the back while I paid. When I got home I noticed that hey only did the outside of the wheel and the inner is unfinished. Looks like they just scraped down the surface and left it from there. I guess my definition of factory finish and theirs don’t really correspond.
Anyways enough of that, I’ll let the pics do that talking.

The outside not too bad, a dust fleck here and a minor run there, but nothing terrible. Also the repairs on the minor curb rash was very good.

The inside with its new ridged surface, imagine how impossible that would be to clean with brake dust inside it.

Anyways I will take it back to them tomorrow and give them the chance to make it right, will keep you guys updated.

Oh yes and I nearly forgot, the fuckers took my metal OEM valve caps.
