Just a quick one, its been a long day and difficult day.

Grant (aka Rustbucket on the forum) one of my closest friends and detailing partner is currently in ICU in critical condition. I won't go into details but suffice to say we nearly lost him today. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this trying time, they need all the strength and support they can get Wink

Grant buddy I am hoping and praying you make it through, the world can't afford to loose a person like you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

My best wishes to him. I am sure he will be perfectly fine...

Today we drove past a guy who got knocked over on his scooter... Was rather emotional as most of my friends have scooters.... You just think - Could that be someone I know?

I hope and pray that he pulls through. Met him on the Megs Detail day and he was a fine fella.

Thanks guys, will keep you all posted. I am off to the hospital soon to check in and see how he is doing but I believe he was looking better today Wink

Just gotten back from the hospital around an hour ago. He is still in ICU, stable but critical but is looking alot better and is off the ventilator. He will be going back into surgery tomorrow if all goes well and we will see from there.

Will keep you all updated and thanks again for all the well wishes and prayers Wink

Okay guys, popped in again tonight and Granty wasn't looking well. He has been put back onto the ventilator and is in isolation in ICU. Surgery went well today as far as I hear but he is going back in again tomorrow for some other things.

Heya boys...

Grant's surgery today went well, he is still sedated and on the ventilator in ICU. If all goes well he will be taken off the ventilator Monday or Tuesday. If he manages breathing on his own for 2 or 3 days after that he will transfered to Unitas next weekend or the following week where reconstructive surgery will start to take place Clap
