Hi Guys,

I hope you guys have a box of kleenex with you and before we carry on
any further, just take a deep breath and then take a look at the pics below.

The new CG shipment has arrived very late and it was not understood why the shipment had arrived soooooooooooo late!

The shippers were unable to identify the problem to this crazy situation, until Thursday,When MR.Delivery delivered the shipment of the long awaited CG products. And so the story begins.............

This is how the CG Shipment arrived .........

South African Customs had damaged 60 to 70 percent of the goods
and alot of product went missing.This is the S.A we live in and there is nothing we can do because nobody cares.

Atleast on the bright side there is still a fair amount of stock that hasn`t been damaged and available.Also the shipment has been insured so the claim is being proccessed.And once everything is sorted out
a much bigger and better shipment will be ordered and hopefully arrives in one peice.I apologise for the minor set back.e-zyme will be available on the next shipment aswell.

I don't understand how the Customs guys did that?

Did they break the items open? It looks like a lot of the contents has leaked out. Were the lids unscrewed? Some of the 5 gallon bottles are almost empty.

If it was vamdalised you should lay a complaint.

I would like to think that this was out of the ordinary, so far none of the other shipments have been damaged, and the forwarding agents are being held responsible.

My experience of importing goods from the East is that generally the packaging is pathetic and often goods arrive with broken and damaged boxes. Presumably this came from the US so surprised that this has happened. I am still amazed at the DAMAGE. All those leaking bottles and toubs? It almost looks malicious.

that sucks bigtime...this ppl jus dnt giv a dam!!!when my parents came home from mecca they had half ther goods shipped....we got it 2weeks after it was suppoz 2arrive and half the goods were gone,locks broken off the bags and some bags were cut open..

Ya dont mess with a half baked half greek half mental half detailer ekse!!! Slow torture by external dermal dehydration with a strong Megs APC solution might be in order for those punks... Ask Savage what that stuff does to skin... Its watching all this pete's pass me by that makes me woes... and jetseal. grrrr
