My current location : Durban

My existing range of products :

paraffin - for tar (works very quickly)
a range of microfibre cloths , chamois and wheel brushes

mothers california gold clay kit
3m imperial compound
presta p1 cutting creme
auto glym - super resin polish
farecla wax top
collinite 845 resistor wax
megs gold class carnuba wax
mothers aluminim polish

silicone spray for engine dressing (i know but im still learning)

I don't have any machines as yet so its all by hand for now ....

RE: im here at last
thank you for the welcome wise men ...

@ springbok , i use microfibre cloths to wash car , seperate microfibre and brush for wheels and wells

@onyx , what would you suggest as a good dressing , was looking at the megs range but still not certain . the paraffin loosens the tar and a light polish takes it clean off the paint , so far never seen any signs of stains .

Welcome Bud..just hope you using the 2BM method when washing the car, especially since you using an mf cloth to wash. You'll be amazed how much damage a dirty MF could do.

RE: im here at last
I use the Megs wash mitt, its a bit worse for wear now lol, any of the reputable detailing brands should work, but hey you could buy the most expensive wash mitt out there, but if your technique aint right, you still gonna do some damage.

My Transportation device after some cleaning

I clayed with the mothers clay kit then presta cutting creme by hand follwed by autoglym super resin , sealed with farecla wax top , finished off with collinite resistor wax , glass treated with wynns c-thru , exhaust tip with mothers mag & al , rims super resin then collinite , tyres with turtle wax nano gel ...

Looking for a decent method to achieve good gloss , protection and clarity that i could apply by hand , i'll invest in a da polisher at a later stage for now i want to get the best results i can by hand .
