08 June 2009 - Poor Boys Ad placed (With Gamma-seal lids)
12 June 2009 - Order placed
28 July 2009 - Collected by own courier arrangement
31 July 2009 - Queried the missing lids with Don - No reply
02 August 2009 - Queried the missing lids again with Don - was told -
"Hey Graham,

Sorry I didnt reply sooner, wasnt ignoring you, just havent had access to email.

The Chemical Guys supplier ordered the buckets without the lids for some strange reason. I'm trying to source the lids and insert that clips on top of the bucket. I'll keep you posted.

22 August 2009 - Queried the missing lids again - got reply -
"Hi,

The new order for stock will go in within the next month or two, and will include lids.
I'll let you know when I have them and will send you 2.

23 August 2009 - I send a mail to CG from thier website (Goes to Naushad) got reply -
"Dear Sir,

I must apologise on behalf on Chemical guys SA, Unfortunately we are totally sold out on lids and will have stock in a month or two.

80% of the lids brought in were stolen in customs. However if you are willing to wait two weeks or so I can order the lids from the U.S and have air freighted to your address. This will take maximum two weeks.
I will get back to with a costing by this evening.

24 September 2009 - Follow up again with Naushad - no reply
05 May 2010 - Poor-Boys under new ownership
06 May 2010 - Follow up again with Naushad - got reply-
"Yes sir , I do have the gamma seal lids in stock, they are R130.00 each

- I reply- "LOL Nice try, you owe me from when I bought the bucket kits!!!"
- I get reply -"Was this when don, sold you the kits? And what did he charge you? If he did charge you for the lids as well then I will send them to you.because the lids are more expensive the bucket and grit guard

And then, I followed up again on the 22nd of October 2010...
