While it never hurts to negotiate especially in the current economic conditions which favours the buyer or those with cash, I would take this offer at the heavily discounted price of R1,500.

The closest competitor, the Makita 9227CB, retails for around R2,300. So this offer is a no brainer, don't lose out on this deal because you are trying to save a couple of bob for a round of drinks at the pub
