Ford Focus RS

Hey Everyone,

I got a call from a very excited owner of a new Focus RS that arrived at Ford in Cape Town on Thurs. This car had traveled for 3 weeks by sea and by train to reach the dealership. The owner had asked Ford not to touch the car before I had done a thorough clean and Seal and inspection for any mishaps that may have happened on it's journey.

So I arrived Friday to be greeted by this awsome car but boy was it dirty. Man I could not believe what this poor car looked like. Brand new and covered in everything imaginable. Took me ages just to wash it carefully to get all the gunk and grime off.

Upon inspection there were very fine swirls and minor scratches so I decided it was good to go with Menzerna Final Finish and a Polishing Pad. That sorted out any imperfections nicely. Then I went on to coating the paint with Wolfgang Deep Gloss Sealant 3.0 which really brought out the Blue in the car very nicely.

Here are the shot I managed to take with the Sun almost gone behind the mountain. Had to be quick to get these shots in.
All in all a very rewarding job for me and what an amazing piece of machinery this car is. Stunning.
