My mothers washmitt did not last long(7 months only)
I've had mine for around 6 months now and it is still good as new. The key with any genuine lambswool wash mitt is not to leave it standing in water as it rots (just ask Wusman ).
The new batch are also slightly different to the older ones I had previously. They now have a inner lining where the others were raw hide...Feels alot nicer now if that makes any difference to you!
Siya also shredded his Mothers wash mitt which he replaced with a RG one. I am sure he can give you some independent feedback on it
Do you intend on using it on a daily basis, or only on weekends?

Do you guys have some Aussie blood in you that causes you to ravage anything sheep related? I have had my Mothers Lambswool wash mitt for over a year now and the only visible wear is a stretched cuff. After each wash I simply rinse it out with clean water and hang it up to air dry.
Dave - 1 lambswool duster for me please.
Ill post a photo of my one soon,You will fall of your chair laughing
