Hi everyone
![]() These are two of the engine detailing that I’ve done. The 1st car is a Toyota Corolla NZE and the 2nd one is a Honda Civic. Used MPC, various brushes and the hose as usual. Before pics of Toyota: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() After pics of the Toyota: ![]() ![]() ![]() Before pics of Honda: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() After pics: ![]() ![]() I’m not ![]() ![]() As from my experience, the Toyota’s engine is easier to clean than the Honda’s as it’s more space. I’d like to know how you go about cleaning engines that occupy all the space under the bonnet ![]() ![]() omg it's taken a very long time to clean the engine. I'd like to know how you can be time efficient. Your suggestions and useful advice are most welcome. Thanks for viewing. Cheers ![]() zaid |

Great improvement. Engines can be so frustrating, you can clean an engine for hours, and then you look at it from a different angle and it looks dirty again.

Nice word Zaid. Especially the Toyota.
I'm always scared of getting moisture around the plugs and electronics with the result that I end up with a half clean engine.... Has anyone had experience with the polo engine bays? Sorry Zaid hope I'm not stealing your thread. |

Something i avoid except for a wipe down every now and then!
Had to replace my pencil coils a while back and... well.... nervous ![]() Turned out great! ![]() ![]() |

While spraying the MPC liberally on the engine, I also spray it on the brush before rubbing, and then rinsing the agitated section with water. But as far as the the plugs and electronics, well I use one PaintBrush with MPC and another soaked in water to rinse by agitating it. It does quite a good job.
