I seen the car wash guy rinsing his chamois in a puddle of water on the floor between wiping the car down

I watched a guy purposefully collect as much sand(mud) off the ground on his sponge as he could, to scoure the exhaust, then after a brief rinse in his bucket, continued merrily washing the poor unsuspecting customers car!!!!

I've never seen things like that. When I get too close to any carwash, I cross the street and walk on the other side.
