Lyndhurst Auto BMW did me a favour and washed my car for me Thumb (I was so angry at sitting there from 4pm - 6pm waiting for the car that i was told was ready, that it never crossed my mind)

I cringed when they had said that they've washed the car and brought it up from the basement workshop... B-Pillar was a shocker!

When i bought my Beemer they ensured me the car was washed by hand Bluebiggrin

Needless to say i told them im no uncertain terms that i would cancel the deal if they washed my car

So i had a dirty car on delivery day

In the last 2 months the vehicle has been with them on 3 occasions. (electrical fault causing the indicator bulb to fuse within hours of replacing it)

In fact, i booked it in yesterday (for the same problem) and they had no electricity from 11am and the generator aint working.

It sat there overnight to be worked on today, and have received no communication from them today.
Dont know if they vehicle is ready?
Dont know if the driver is picking me up?

I just dont know.

Looks excellent... Our cars get washed there as well, luckily they have never come back looking like that

I know what you mean.

I've seen road wash in the capital city here, it's a mess.
Even many of the dedicated valeting businesses use sponge foam to wash. People just don't know they are killing their cars' look.

Stick these words on your car next time you go to them.
