Meet the Dakar - freerider - 28-04-2011 08:04 AM Well here it is, 1998 328iM individual, dakar yellow II. I bought spongebob on good Friday, there are a lot of small things I must do in the line of detailing, but overall the car is in very good nick. Did my vinyl carbon fibre looking badges, I far prefer this to the blue on yellow. One of the first things I did was remove these horrid things. I've also removed the ///M badge from the back of the car, replaced all the ///M badges on the wheels which were missing, I assume they were swiped somewhere along the line. I love the look of these E36 Motorsport editions, now, just some M3 rims to complete the look(for me anyway). But it weighs considerably less than an e46. I can feel a massive difference in the pull between this and the 320i which has 125kw and 220talks.
