Ultimateshine hard at work again. - Vincent - 19-04-2011 02:23 PM here I am again with a few more pics of work i did the past weekend. I attended the BMW get together on sunday and got to Detail a Red M3 for the day. I also did some work on a CSL that I had Detailed before and that car won Best Car on show for the day. Anyway here are the pics. I was really bummed about the after pics on the M3 as I only finished the car at 8pm. So didnt get those all important after shots of the car. But here is what I managed to get 1st a quick pic of a VW I did the previous week and got this one single shot of my client leaving the house... ![]() 2nd the Yaris I did early on Sat morning. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and now the few pics i got of the M3. That yaris looks really hot as well. That the RS model? RE: Ultimateshine hard at work again. - zckid - 21-04-2011 09:46 AM Top notch Vincent ![]() the clarity and depth of the paint on both the Yaris and M3 is unbelievable. Given the hard BMW's paint, any difference on the polish-pad combo you've used Vincent? I mean compared to the Yaris. It's a shining new M3 in an attractive red outfit. ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: Ultimateshine hard at work again. - LENNY1-WP - 01-05-2011 01:12 AM Stunning ![]() RE: Ultimateshine hard at work again. - Vincent - 03-05-2011 11:25 AM zckid : I basically only Vary the number of passes I use when using SIP. Pressure on the head of the Rotary also makes a big difference. Some cars do need more pressure than others. But yes i use the Same Pad and Polish combo on every car. The key is to do a small section on the panel you are working on and see what pressure and how many passes you need.
